Believe Technologies Rooted to Rise™
A licensed leadership program

From surviving to thriving.

And lifting others as you climb.

A four-stage leadership journey for preteens, teens, parents, and adults. Participants learn to see themselves clearly first — then the people around them, then the problem. From there they come to know their rights, build their own stability, and lead change where they stand.

Every license is delivered by a trained, licensed Rooted to Rise trainer — so it never becomes one more thing your staff has to learn.

What Rooted to Rise is

Not a class you finish. A journey you climb.

Participants enter wherever they are and move at their own pace. Each stage is earned through accomplishment steps — real, pointable wins, not attendance. Technology runs through every stage, not as a subject but as a leadership tool. Participants are taught to use the device already in their hand to learn, create, earn, and advocate.

Four groups, one journey

Preteens (8–12), teens (13–19), parents and guardians, and adults (18+) climb the same four stages — the water just gets deeper with age.

Earned milestones, not seat time

Every stage ends in a named milestone and a certificate participants can show a school, an employer, or a board.

The phone as a leadership tool

Most people were handed a device and taught only to be entertained by it. Participants learn to turn it into how they research, organize, document, and earn.

Runs anywhere

A classroom, a fellowship hall, a community room, a training bay. Sessions are built to be flexible and repeatable.

Hope and dignity, never shame

Faith-rooted in its origin and welcoming in its delivery. Faith expression is configurable to your setting.

Measured from day one

Baseline, midpoint, and final measures are built into the license, so your reporting is ready when the funder asks.

The climb

Four stages. Four milestones.

Each stage holds six accomplishment steps. Complete the steps, earn the milestone, keep climbing — or stop and stay where the growth is real. Stage one runs roughly 3–6 weeks; later stages flex to the group.

Stage one
Identity

See It

“I see who I am, I see who is around me, and I can see what needs to change.”

It starts with seeing yourself — who you are, what you carry, and what you were made for. Then the people around you and the weight they add or lift. Only then the problem itself, named honestly instead of by its symptom. Find proof that change is possible, and make one small change now.

Stage two
Purpose

Know Your Rights

“I know my rights — and how to use them.”

Civil rights in plain language. Choosing care and schooling. How to ask, document, and escalate respectfully. Practiced through real-life role-play.

Stage three
Opportunity

Provide & Thrive

“I can build stability — and reach for my dream.”

Name the dream out loud. Job readiness, résumé, interview. Building your own income online. The habits that protect the gains.

Stage four
Leadership

Lead It

“I lead change, and I lift others as I climb.”

Own your story. Everyday leadership. Organizing and systems change scaled to the group. Mentor someone one stage behind you.

How Rooted to Rise is delivered

Rooted to Rise is never sold as a binder. It is delivered by a person we trained and certified to hold the room.

The curriculum, journals, facilitator guides, and milestone marks are the intellectual property of Believe Technologies. They are licensed for use — never transferred — and the license is only active while a licensed Rooted to Rise trainer is delivering the program.

You can bring your own people to be trained and licensed by us, or we can place a licensed trainer with you. Either way, the room is held by someone certified.

Every license includes

  • A trained, licensed Rooted to Rise trainer assigned to your site
  • Licensed curriculum: facilitator guides, participant journals, worksheets, slides
  • Trainer coaching and support through the full cohort
  • Certificates and milestone recognition for every participant
  • Baseline, midpoint, and final outcome measures, plus a partner-ready report
  • Co-branded recruitment materials for your families and community
  • Annual license renewal and trainer re-certification

Materials may not be copied, adapted, resold, or delivered by an unlicensed facilitator. Terms are set in the written license agreement.

Partner options

Three ways to bring Rooted to Rise to your people.

Each option includes a licensed trainer. Pricing is per cohort of up to 25 participants and is quoted to your site, your dates, and your funding — because a church youth cohort and a district-wide rollout are not the same job.

How pricing works. A cohort is quoted on four things: how many participants, how many sessions, whether we place a trainer or certify yours, and what reporting your funder requires. Tell us those four and you will have a written number and a written license agreement — not a range.
Add to any license

Build capacity that stays after we leave.

Trainer Certification

We train and license your staff or volunteers to deliver Rooted to Rise. Priced per trainer; annual re-certification required.

Site License

Unlimited cohorts at one location for twelve months, with licensed trainers on staff.

District or Network License

Multi-site rollout, shared trainer pool, and consolidated reporting. Quoted by scope.

Refresher Sessions

Bring alumni back for a booster session after the cohort closes, so the gains hold.

Evaluation Package

Independent pre/post analysis and a board- or funder-facing outcomes report.

Wraparound Support

Coordination of childcare, meals, or transportation so families can actually attend.

Also a fit for

Anywhere people need to rise where they stand.

These partners license Rooted to Rise the same way — per cohort, per site, or by certifying their own trainers.

Employers & workforce boards

Frontline leadership development and retention for entry-level teams. Fundable through workforce and training dollars.

Juvenile justice & diversion

A structured, milestone-based alternative track for youth programs and court-referred participants.

Housing authorities

Resident self-sufficiency and family stability programming delivered on-property.

Head Start & family programs

The parent and guardian cohort as a ready-made parent engagement curriculum.

Cities, counties & libraries

Community leadership and digital-skills programming for neighborhood centers and branch libraries.

Foundations & funders

Sponsor cohorts in the communities you serve, with named recognition and outcome reporting.

Why partners say yes

We hand you the reasons before you have to look for them.

Most programs ask a partner to do the hard part — recruit, measure, report, and justify the spend. Rooted to Rise brings those pieces in the box.

A trained trainer, not a workload

Your staff does not have to learn a curriculum or hold a room. Our licensed trainer does that.

Reporting ready for your funder

Pre and post measures, milestone completion, and a partner-facing summary you can forward without rewriting.

Grant language you can reuse

Program description, logic model, and outcome statements written to drop into your applications.

Recruitment done with you

Co-branded flyers, family letters, and invite scripts so seats actually fill.

Visible wins, on a schedule

Certificates and milestone recognition give leadership something to celebrate every stage.

A path off dependence on us

Certify your own people and keep delivering under license. We build capacity, not a permanent invoice.

Getting started

Four steps from first call to first cohort.

First

Readiness call

Thirty minutes. Who you serve, what space you have, and what your funding looks like.

Then

Scoped proposal

Cohort type, dates, trainer assignment, and a written license agreement with pricing.

Then

Trainer placed or certified

We assign a licensed trainer, or certify yours. Youth cohorts require the safety bundle in place first.

Finally

Recruit and launch

Co-branded recruitment, baseline measures, and the first session on your calendar.

Start the conversation

Bring the climb to your people.

Tell us who you serve and we will tell you honestly whether Rooted to Rise fits, what a cohort would cost, and how soon a licensed trainer could be in your room.
